2. Account Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2.2 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Data Usage and GDPR Compliance

3.1 Data Processing Agreement: By using our AI Recruitment Assistant, you agree to the collection, recording, and processing of your data, including but not limited to:

  • Queries entered into the platform.
  • Uploaded resumes or job descriptions.
  • Generated AI outputs.

3.2 External Services: Your data may be processed by external services, including large language models (LLMs) and vector databases, to deliver accurate and relevant results.

3.3 Your Consent: You consent to:

  • The transfer and processing of your data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws.
  • The anonymization of certain data for research and development purposes.

4. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any service, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us at Scott@Sidders.AI within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests will be processed promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and technology provided by Sidders.ai are the exclusive property of Sidders.ai.

5.2 User Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services as intended.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
